Guide to the Fines of the Month (FOMS)
Amongst these 85 Fines of the Month there are certain groupings, some broadly conceived, which it may be helpful to the user to have pointed out. What follows, however, is by no means exhaustive and not all of the 85 fines are treated below. It is a supplement to, but not a replacement for, the listing by date of publication on the main FOMS page.
